Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, booking engines, mobile sites, email communications, and services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Miami Beach Hotel Group (“MBHG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. 

 

Reservations & Payments 

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit or debit card and payment authorization. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date by 2:00 PM EST to avoid penalty, unless otherwise stated on your reservation confirmation. 
  • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the first night plus tax (or the full stay amount for non-refundable bookings). 
  • Special event dates may require non-refundable, pre-paid bookings. 

 

Check-In & Check-Out 

  • Check-in: 4 PM – 1 AM 
  • Check-out: 11 AM 
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 
  • Guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name and a valid credit card are required at check-in. 

 

Incidental Hold 

A $100 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card at check-in to cover incidentals. The hold is released following a satisfactory room inspection at check-out. 

 

Resort Fee 

A mandatory daily resort fee of $30 + tax applies to all reservations. This fee includes amenities and services designed to enhance your stay. 

 

House Rules & Conduct 

  • Our hotels are 100% smoke-free. Penalties for smoking start at $250 and may result in eviction. 
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. 
  • Parties, loud disturbances, and unauthorized events are prohibited. 
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. 

 

Package Policy 

Packages are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival and must be addressed to match the reservation name. 

  • Under 1 lb – Free 
  • 1-5 lbs – $5 
  • 5-15 lbs – $10 
  • 15-25 lbs – $20 
  • Over 25 lbs – $35 
  • Oversized/Heavy – $150 

 

Pet Policy 

  • Dogs up to 40 lbs are welcome with a $250 fee at check-in. 
  • Service animals stay free. 
  • Pets must be leashed, accompanied, and may not be left unattended in rooms. 
  • Animals causing disturbances must be removed immediately. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

MBHG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Use of amenities (including pools, fitness centers, and bicycles) is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our policies, operations, or legal obligations. Please review regularly.
